Tomas Ruao

My name is Tomás Ruão and I’m a dancer with the Royal Swedish Ballet. I’ve been dancing for around 15 years. I’m portuguese but part of my classical studies were done at the Academy Princesse Grace in Monaco for 4 years. Since then I’ve been dancing here in Stockholm with the Royal Ballet.
My classes will be focused on developing the classical technique that is used in ballet. The classes are designed for dancers with little to no prior experience in classical training. We will work on cultivating more strength, control, flexibility, coordination and body awareness.
